Participants will have an opportunity to:
- Gain a clearer understanding of sexual orientation and gender identity
- Learn about the challenges many LGBTQ+ people face today
- Understand common LGBTQ+ terminology
- Hear about recent Irish research on being LGBTQI+ in Ireland
- Become more aware of the experiences of: Older LGBTQ+ people, LGBTI+ Travellers, LGBTI+ refugees
- Find out about existing support services
- Learn practical ways to help make your organisation or community more inclusive
