The Dun Laoghaire/Blackrock Garda Division ( Dublin Metropolitan Area East) is delighted to present the Divisional Garda Youth Awards 2023, celebrating outstanding young people between the ages of 13 and 21 years.

An Garda Siochána recognises that a lot of good work is being done by young people in every community. With four categories to choose from, awards will be considered for nominated young people who by their presence make their community a better place to live or who have shown great determination in their lives. Candidates who reside or attend schools within the footprint of DLRCC are eligible to avail of this wonderful opportunity. If you know someone who is deserving of recognition and who meets the criteria, please complete the Nomination Form.

Completed Nomination Forms should be submitted to Sergeant Matthew Twomey, at Blackrock Garda Station, Sweetman’s Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin or via Email to blackrock.community@garda.ie no later than 28th July 2023.

The winners in each category will go forward to represent their locality at the Garda National Youth Awards.
